This would describe how I’m feeling given several things I am trying to accomplish this week and on top of it a good ol’ fashion presbytery meeting that I need to attend.

Why She Gets A Day

no comment

I know I’m a few days late on the mother’s day reflections. Mom died a bunch of years ago. Some days I miss her. Others, she’s mud to me. Still grateful to God for her though. It makes me happy though that I get to plant seeds in the hearts of our kids that mom rocks and deserves more than just a day. Enjoy this little piece from the skitguy dudes.

The Four Minute Workout

Now in my quest to becoming the lean mean machine I am I was recently driving through the good old Antelope Valley and noticed a sign that was advertising , “the four minute workout.” Now mind you I’d love to only workout for four minutes. I have lots to do every day. Its hard enough to get on the treadmill for at least thirty minutes. Now if you’re interested, you can even buy the machine for a little over $14,000.00. I think I will stick to my treadmill and to my snappy snap fitness work out facility with the cool snap fitness staff who make working out a blast.

My side job

I keep getting these side gigs at my wife’s school. Meet Geronimo Stilton…

Again, this is what happens when you’re married to a first grade public school teacher. The number of babies and kinder kids I scared was concerning. I did get some compliments and folks thought I was Arthur. Anyways, it’s for the kids! Of course T-bone was my escort and helped me walk around the school because I couldn’t see where I was going with the big mouse head. The coordinator said she was already thinking of my next gig and I told her that I’m getting an agent.

A high and a low

Served with a pastor way back when who I grabbed this high & low idea from.

My high for the day…

222.8 with socks on and 222.6 without socks

down from 236 with clothes on. hehe.

My low for the day…

We went to our first IB high school informational meeting for our oldest last night. Yes I’m thrilled that he will be in high school. And yes I’m counting the days until he leaves for college. But yes I am missing the days when I used to carry the kiddoe on my back in one of those, “daddy I can at least carry him on my back, back pack thingy’s.”

The kiddoe can carry me now.

Back to work!
